In collaboration with Dep Art, we present a solo show by artist Wolfram Ullrich (Würzburg 1961. Lives and works in Stuttgart). His career began in the 1980s and steadily evolved into more complex research that analytically explored the work of art. The artist himself says “every painting is also an object” and it is the object in space and its perspective perception that his research focuses on. The painted but steel-constructed works engage the viewer in a summation of the most interesting artistic currents that precede him, from minimalism to optical to constructivism.

Em colaboração com a Dep Art, apresentamos a exposição individual do artista Wolfram Ullrich (Würzburg 1961. Vive e trabalha em Stuttgart). Sua carreira começou na década de 1980 e evoluiu continuamente para pesquisas mais complexas que exploraram analiticamente a obra de arte. O próprio artista afirma que “cada pintura é também um objeto” e é no objeto no espaço e na sua percepção perspetiva que se centra a sua investigação. As obras pintadas, mas construídas em aço, envolvem o espectador num resumo das correntes artísticas mais interessantes que o precedem, do minimalismo ao óptico e ao construtivismo.
